PITCH & PUTT

Pitch and putt is an amateur sport, similar to golf but organized as an independent sport, played and developed mainly in Ireland since the 1940s.
The maximum length of hole for international competitions is defined up to 90 metres (with a total length of maximum 1,200 metres) and the players may only use an
iron and a putter.

IRONS - clubs with a flat angled face and a shorter shaft than a wood, designed for shots approaching the green or from more difficult lies such as the rough, through or over trees, or the base of hills. High-loft irons are called wedges.

PUTTERS- a special class of clubs designed to roll the ball along the grass, generally from a point on the putting green towards the cup.
