Our hens have their own enclosure at the bottom of the pitch & putt course.
The henhouse is the original one which was built over 70 years ago.
We also have two guinea fowl, Bubble & Squeak.
Many other species of birds, some now quite rare in Britain, can also be seen here, including the green spotted woodpecker.
Wonderful to watch, but not so welcome for the hens (!) are the large buzzards and hawks which circle the woods.
